Order cancellation guidelines prior to shipment packaging at MugaiEcom.
Orders placed on MugaiEcom can be cancelled prior to dispatch directly from your Customer Account page or by contacting customer support.
If your order has not been handed over to our courier partner, you can cancel it for a 100% full refund with zero cancellation fees.
Once an order is in transit with the courier, direct cancellation is not available. You may refuse package acceptance upon courier arrival.
